Your Initial Appointment

• Please come 10 to 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out our health form. You may need to bring your reading glasses to fill these forms out.

• Communicate to the therapist your needs and issues including; massage pressure preference, areas to avoid or that are tender, physical area(s) you need more focus on.

• We have water on site but we highly recommend having a bottle of water to drink as you transition after your massage appointment and office visit. Hydration is very important following a massage.

• Gratuities are greatly appreciated. Please being cash with you or request during the online scheduling to add gratuity to your credit card payment.

Cancellation and Scheduling Policy

Please note we especially hold your time slot for you and your massage therapist- please be mindful to cancel your appointment 48 hours ahead of time. Any client that 'no shows', cancels, or changes the time duration of a previously scheduled appointment less than 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Gift Certificate Policy

• Gift certificate must be redeemed prior to date of expiration, no exceptions.
• Please call 413.329.3392 to book your appointment, and inform that you have a gift certificate.
• Gift certificate is non transferable. Only recipient on certificate can redeem.
• The cancellation and scheduling policy still applies.
• Must present gift certificate prior to service being rendered.

Insurance Re-Imbursement Policy

If you have Health New England Ins. and you are booking online, please fill in your full name, complete address, telephone number and e-mail address. Also, please state that you have Health New England Insurance in the misc. area when booking. When coming in for your appt., please let the therapist know that you have Health New England Ins. so they can charge accordingly. All the above information is important for everything running smoothly for your re-imbursement. Thank you for your assistance.
